Hey everyone!

Just another little update.

I’m still packing. Today we picked up a couch off craigslist, and I’m surprised to say it’s in pretty good shape, though you can tell it’s been around kids.

Hopefully later this week I’ll get a kitchen table and a lamp, maybe even a side table.

I’m so excited!! This week is going to go by so fast! :)

How to calculate your maximum heart rate to know how hard you’re working during your cardioPS: the “fat burning zone” (about 60% to 70% of your maximum heart rate) doesn’t mean you’re burning more fat. It just means the body burns a higher percentage of calories from fat when in this zone. However, at higher intensities (70-90% of your maximum heart rate), you burn a greater number of overall calories.

It’s been over a week since I really posted anything.

Sorry ladies and gents.

My focus on weightloss has gone by the wayside recently, but I’ve been eating pretty healthy.

Work has really picked up now that I’m out of class and I’m moving out in two weeks. So between work and slowly packing things up I’ve been pretty busy.

Hopefully soon things will slow down and I’ll get back to tumblr, but until then, happy eating-right and working out! :)
